At Churchill Gowns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your academic dress. If your items are unworn and in their original packaging, you can return them for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your gown, mortarboard, or hood into the original shipping box, ensuring all tags remain attached and the fabric is protected.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
